What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept domestic credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept international payment.

When will products be back in stock?

Jelli Julli products have been selling like crazy and we're trying to keep up!  We are working around the clock to replenish jellijulli.com so you can stock back up on all your Jelli Julli favorites!

If you want to be notified when we're back in stock, please subscribe to our newsletter and we will send an email when we're in stock again.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to check the status of your order to your location. You can also view your order history and tracking information in your account dashboard. Please keep in mind that It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on the USPS website. 

How quickly will I receive my order?

Generally, orders are delivered 4- 8 days from the date that they were ordered. Please check with your local postal services as there can be some delays and interruptions due to Covid-19. These are estimates and delivery dates can vary. 

Looking for your order?

You should have received a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive the email, be sure to check your spam folder. If your tracking number says that it was delivered, we’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either about to be delivered, or it is already in the building or with a neighbor. If you can't locate your order, just contact us at support@jellijulli.com and we’ll take care of you.

How do I cancel or change my order?

We try to fill and send your order as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to add items to your order or prevent a package from shipping. Definitely reach out to us with a specific request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. You can reach us at support@jellijulli.com

Where do we ship?

All orders over $50 are free to the 48 continental U.S. States. Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

Can you ship to a P.O.B.?

We will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Is shipping free?

Shipping for orders over $50 is absolutely free to the 48 continental U.S. States. For orders under $50, we charge a $6.95 shipping and handling fee. All orders over $50 are free. Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

My tracking number is not updating. When can I expect a shipping update?

We have noticed that USPS has not been consistent when scanning packages on their way to their final location. Your tracking information will only update once the shipping carrier scans the package. While shipping procedures and delays are out of our control we are determined to make sure you're satisfied. Please let us know if you have not received it after 10 business days by emailing just contact us at support@jellijulli.com and we’ll take care of you.

Are there any shipping delays?

There are no delays in orders processing and leaving our warehouse. However, due to Covid-19, there may be some delays once your package is in the hands of our carrier. Our domestic orders are usually received within 2-8 business days. Please note that these are estimates and delivery dates can vary. 

Are there any shipping policies?

All orders over $50 are free to the 48 continental U.S. States. Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. This offer applies only to standard ground shipping. Additional charges apply for express shipping. Standard delivery usually arrives within 4–9 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–2 days of handling time.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday–Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders without stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We love the products we’ve made, and we think you will too. If, after trying them, you find that you’re unhappy for any reason, just let us know so that we can help you return your products within 30 days of ordering for a full refund. If products have been opened, you will receive store credit if returned within 30 days. 

Please note that we do not refund shipping and we cannot issue refunds or store credit past 30 days. The customer is responsible for paying returning shipping. We are not responsible for return packages that are stolen or lost in transit.

Please be sure to include your order number with your return so we can ensure you get your refund/credit as soon as possible!

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 5 business days for your refund/store credit to be issued. We will email you an update on your return once the returned products have been processed and your refund has been issued.
